ABC visited Lynwood Unified for the annual HBCU Caravan where students received 521 on-the-spot acceptances and $10,384,480 in scholarships!

Horsham Lynnwood High School student who was like winning the lottery today they were given thousands of dollars in scholarships and on the spot acceptance to historically black colleges and universities or Community journalist Eric rezendes has the store a caravan of college recruiters needed for Lynwood Unified High School students to earn on the spot acceptance to a college which included more than 25 243 black colleges and University that's officer I was just over in the corner like crying happy tears the Caravan was organized by the National College resource Foundation they hosted their first annual black college Expo more than 20 years ago the foundation aims to help underserviced and underrepresented students College insecure billion dollars in scholarships and grants and Memphis today is about letting students go there regardless of their background with their higher education is available access to a school district do they prepare their Stingers for this big day by having their transcripts and test scores on hand organizer stayed the event is not limited to African-Americans cutest the Caravan also aims to boost the enrollment of nothingness I want our kids that have the best opportunity to go to a place where they will go beyond their hair and spread their Horizon public site in mostly because probably I'm not sure of all the first person in my family to get accepted to University but also because I can play football pretty smooth and nearly 6 million dollars in school nearly 400 students were accepted to a college has ABC7 Eyewitness News
