Facility Use Application
The LUSD authorizes the use of school facilities. All school related activities receive priority in the use of facilities, while all other use is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Application ProcessApplicants should follow these steps:
- Complete the online Facility Use Application https://lynwood.civicpermits.com/Account/Login
- Include special instructions if required
- Obtain the site administrator's approval
- Once application is approved by the administrator, submit the certificate of liability insurance and payment to Business Services Division.
- Ensure that LUSD is listed as an additional insured
- Accepted forms of payment: money order/cashier's check
